Depressed :( Not much to say. I've been really depressed lately. I have literally had no energy the past two weeks. I have also been binging horribly and that seems to only be furthering my depression. And to top it all off I gained. I nearly broke down in the bathroom this morning when I stepped on the scale. And sadly the sight of the increased numbers was not enough to stop me from binging again today. Anyways, as I said before I don't have much say. I'm fat...getting fatter every minute and right now thinness seems so far out of reach. |
